Warrensburg Area/Johnson County CROP Hunger Walk
Hunger is one of the greatest injustices facing our world, but it doesn’t have to be this way. Ending hunger is possible in our lifetime. You can help make it happen. Register for your local CROP Hunger Walk, raise funds, and take us one step closer to ending hunger once and for all. Join the movement! Our group will be walking on Saturday, April 25th.

Johnson County Resource Center
The Johnson County Resource Center is a hub for healthcare, dental care, case management, housing resources and other social services. At the Resource Center, located at the First Presbyterian Church in Warrensburg, MO, Katy Trails Community Health and Compass Health provide mobile clinics. Some guests qualify for free healthcare and/or dental care! Churches and community organizations provide lunches, healthcare vouchers, volunteers, and more. Every Tuesday and Thursday the Church opens for breakfast, a hot lunch, and to let people "hang out" in a safe, welcoming environment with access to A/C and
Wi-Fi.

They are in need of volunteers to cook, clean and help individuals with a variety of needs.
Three Rivers Hospice Volunteer Program
The Three Rivers Hospice team is not complete without volunteers! They perform tasks ranging from working
directly with with the patients to helping with office needs. Hospice volunteers describe their work as gratifying, intellectually stimulating and emotionally meaningful. Hospice place high value on their volunteers. Teams includes visiting, playing games, singing, writing letters, going on walks and reading books to our patients and completing office tasks.
