ECHO FOOD DRIVE

For the month of September, we are partnering with ECHO, an organization that helps children with food for children on weekends that otherwise would have none. Donations through this month will go toward purchasing food, and on Thursday, September 28th, we willl package the food purchase for kids to take home.  This is a great service opportunity for all ages, simply placing one of each food item in a bag.

Johnson County Resource Center

The Johnson County Resource Center is a hub for healthcare, dental care, case management, housing resources and other social services. At the Resource Center, located at the First Presbyterian Church in Warrensburg, MO, Katy Trails Community Health and Compass Health provide mobile clinics. Some guests qualify for free healthcare and/or dental care! Churches and community organizations provide lunches, healthcare vouchers, volunteers, and more. Every Tuesday and Thursday the Church opens for breakfast, a hot lunch, and to let people "hang out" in a safe, welcoming environment with access to A/C and

Wi-Fi.

They are in need of volunteers to cook, clean and help individuals with a variety of needs.
